• Do you take insurance?

    We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we can provide you a superbill for you to seek out of network reimbursement from your insurance.

  • How do I contact you?

    We prefer that you contact us through the Luminello patient portal. The link is at the bottom of this page. As an alternative, you may also call the clinic phone number, if needed (also located at the bottom of this page).

  • What do I do in an emergency?

    If you are in a psychiatric emergency, we recommend that go to the nearest emergency room for immediate evaluation.

  • How do I schedule an appointment as a new patient?

    Please use the “Request a consultation” button at the top of the page or click here. After filling out this form, someone from the clinic will contact you via telephone for next steps.

  • How quickly should I expect a response to messages sent through the patient portal?

    Please allow us 48 hours to respond to messages, though we may be able to respond more promptly. If you are in urgent need of assistance, please go to your nearest emergency room.

  • Do you have a rescheduling/no-show policy?

    Yes, we require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling appointments. The full appointment fee will be charged for cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours.

  • What should I expect after I request an initial consultation?

    Once the initial consultation is scheduled, you will receive a link to create an account in the patient portal, as well as a few documents that include consents and questionnaires. Please fill out all forms prior to coming to your first appointment.

  • How do I get to your office?

    We are located at 13747 Montfort Drive in Dallas, Texas 75240. Park on the south side of the building nearest to the Extra Storage to come in the front entrance. Then, take the elevator or stairs up to the third floor. We are in Suite 320 which is at the end of the long hallway.
